Providing Therapy in Baltimore

Therapist Baltimore Psychologist

Welcome!

It takes a lot of courage to ask for help. Finding a therapist is the first step on the road to recovery. As a licensed psychologist, my passion is helping you find peace with your past and present  so that you can live the future you want to live. I believe good therapy starts with a trusting and collaborative relationship. My approach in therapy is supportive, down-to-earth, and evidence-based. I use a holistic approach and treat the whole person. If you choose to work with me, your treatment will be based on your goals. My goal as a therapist is to help you address the underlying issues that are bringing you into therapy. I’ve had comprehensive training in psychotherapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Client-Centered Therapy.

I provide therapy for the following problems:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Stress

  • Anger management

  • Self-esteem

  • Men's issues

  • Relationship concerns

  • LGBT Issues

  • Grief and loss
